The first quarter of 2025 brought steady activity across our local counties. Forsyth, Davidson, and Davie Counties together saw 1,613 homes sold—a solid share of the 5,676 total sales across the larger regional MLS.

Forsyth County led the way with 1,017 homes sold, showing continued strong demand in the heart of the Triad. Davidson County followed with 457 sales—an encouraging number that reflects healthy movement in that market. Davie County closed out the quarter with 139 homes sold, which is right in line with expectations for that more rural area.

Overall, buyers are still making moves, and our local market remains active and well-positioned heading into the spring season.
